To enforce social distancing and reduce the spread of coronavirus the Enjoy Programme will not be running events until further notice.

CREST Waltham Forest Carer Walks

Carers walks
Carers-are you feeling the need to head out and about and stretch your legs after the long and unusual summer? If you want to join others for a short, local, socially distanced walk, CREST WF will be striding out daily between October 7th and October 16th. We will be meeting outside the Peterhouse Centre (122 Forest Rise, London, E17 3PW) at 10.30 a.m. everyday -including Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th. The walks will be local and we can try and grab a tea or coffee when time, and weather allow. To meet Government guidance on Covid 19 numbers will be restricted to 6 and so booking is essential.

You will need waterproof clothing and supportive shoes/boots that you don't mind getting a bit muddy. The walks are not challenging but paths are uneven. We want to make sure you are as safe as you can be and that the weather doesn't hold us back! Unfortunately it will not be possible to bring dogs on the walks.
We look forward to seeing you. Carers have had a really tough time in recent months. We hope you can take a little bit of time for yourself.
