Easter Cycling School
Get involved in this year's FREE Easter Cycling School.
From led rides to four day training courses, the Easter school is designed to help children gain confidence when cycling as well as providing a great day out for families.
Choose from:
Bikeability, national standards training - one to four days
The Bikeability courses are designed to equip children with basic cycling and on road cycling skills. The courses will take place in April in Leyton and Walthamstow.
There are two levels available:
Level One
- Playground based, off road group training
- Half day training
- ages 6 to 9
Level Two
- On-road training
- Four day training - must be available for all four days
- Ages 9+
- Must have completed Level 1 Bikeability to take part in Level 2.

Complete beginner training
The complete beginner training is a fun two hour training sessions to teach children aged between 4 - 9 and who are new to cycling basic off road skills.
Age group: 4-9

Bike maintenance
We've arranged a FREE maintenance session with our training partner Cycle Confident. This course covers the mechanical basics to help you keep your bike safe.
The course will cover:
- Brakes
- Gears
- Puncture Repair
- “M Check”
Location: Low Hall Depot, Leyton (South Access Road entrance)
Dates: Saturday 7 April
Time: 10am to 3pm
